The Jabalpur Municipal Corporation on Tuesday organised Jansunvai in the meeting hall at headquarters from 11 am to 1 pm. People attended Jansunvai in a large number and get their problems redressed with the support of senior officials. Assistant Commissioner Vedprakash along with head of all departments listened to the problems of citizens. During Jansunvai, total 13 complaints related to encroachment, health, revenue, property, pension, building branch, records branch and government schemes were received.

 

Senior officials of concerned departments listened people’s problems and got resolved the same at the hearing only. Assistant Commissioner Vedprakash said several complaints were redressed at Jansunvai only, while remaining were sent to the concerned officers for redressal. He informed that Jansunvai was also organized at all 16 divisional offices of the Jabalpur Municipal Corporation. Divisional officers along with other officials heard and resolved the civic problems.
