THE highly anticipated 14th CREDAI Mega Property Expo opened its doors for the public at Chitnavis Centre on October 4. The expo received an overwhelming response from the public, attractinglarge crowds on its very first day. Property seekers, investors, and families flocked to the Chitnavis Centre to explore thevast array of real estate options being showcased by over 90 developers showing more than 150 projects.Theevent,whichruns untilOctober7,isalreadyproving to be a major success, with day one seeing a high level of enthusiasm from visitors keen to explore both affordable housing and luxury projects.

 

In a major highlight, Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for RoadTransport and Highways will visit the expo on October 5, where he will officially inaugurate the event in the presence of members of CREDAI NagpurMetroand topbuilders. Expo Convenor Tarak Chawla expressed his excitementover thestrongstart,stating, “The turnout on the first day has exceeded our expectations.” President Gaurav Agarwala added, “The CREDAI Mega PropertyExpohas alwaysbeen about trust and reliability, and thisyear’seventcontinues that tradition.”
