A 30-year-old man, Rohit Ahirwar, was found dead in a hanging position in the Chhola Mandir area of Bhopal. The incident occurred on November 8 around 7 pm, and the police were informed through a call to Dial-100. The deceased was identified by his relative, Mukesh Ahirwar. As per information, Rohit was a resident of Shakti Nagar in Chhola Mandir. He was a labourer and was married with a child.
According to the police, no suicide note was found near the body, and the primary investigation revealed that Rohit was a habitual drinker. The police have sent the body for post-mortem examination and will conduct further investigation after receiving the report. The police have registered a case and are currently recording statements from the family members. The reason behind Rohit’s death is still unknown, and the police are waiting for the post-mortem report to determine the cause of death.
The Chhola Mandir police station is investigating the case, and ASI Deepak Khandelwal is leading the investigation. The police are working to gather more information and piece together the events leading up to Rohit’s death.
