Collector Deepak Saxena has directed the Revenue officials for promptly resolving the cases during a meeting, on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Misha Singh, Nathuram God and other revenue officials.
Collector Saxena specifically instructed the officials to prioritise cases received through the CM Helpline, ensuring immediate action upon receipt of complaints. He also expressed the need to complete e-KYC for beneficiaries under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Besides this, Collector has urged the officials to prepare for the upcoming Revenue Campaign 3.0, set to run from November 15 to December 15, and to ensure the timely resolution of revenue cases.
He emphasized linking individuals’ Aadhaar numbers with their bank accounts and instructed officials to review pending cases in RCMS involving name transfers, partitions, and demarcations.
The review included cases within the Cyber Tehsil related to Patwari reports, contempt cases, and land acquisition matters.
Saxena also examined various forms of damage reports, directing officials to provide timely disaster relief to affected individuals. Collector Deepak Saxena informed about the importance of improving the district’s ranking by focusing on case resolutions. He warned that any negligence on the part of officials would result in strict disciplinary action.
