IN THE ongoing Central Province Club Adv MK Naidu Memorial Tournament, Saurabh Singhania-Bhavya Mehta defeated Bindesh Paul-Dushyant Mhaisalkar by an innings with a score of 238 against 39. Singhania-Mehta had put up a score of 138 against which Paul-Mhaisalkar could reach out to score 36 and were given follow-on. Paul-Mhaisalkar could score just 3 points totalling to 39.

 

Singhania-Mehta won the match with innings and got additional 100 points. In another match, Abhishek Jain-Ashish Sharma won against Vedit Chokhani-Chaitanya Jain with a score of 187 against 123. Scoring first, Jain-Sharma set a target of 108 and Chokhani-Jain could reach out to 95 points. In the second innings, Jain-Sharma scored 79 and Chokhani-Jain were restricted at 28. Jatin Kale-Yogesh Padole defeated Shreyas Mehadia-Vikrant Gulati by an innings with a score of 169 against 58. Scoring first, Mehadia-Gulati scored 54 and Kale-Padole reverted with 69. However, in the second innings, Mehadia-Gulati could score just 4 points and lost by an innings.
