THE Vidarbha Management Association (VMA) on Sunday organised a one-of-its-kind event, the Treasure Hunt Adventure, aimed at fostering essential management skills through an engaging and adventurous format. The event saw enthusiastic participation from four teams, each comprising four VMA members. The treasure hunt commenced witha flagoff by Dr Vivek Nanoti, Director of Engineering at LTJSS, from Chitnavis Centre’s Laburnum Hall. The teams were tasked with solving clues and hints tolocatedesignated spots across the city. Their progress was monitored live via Zoom, and audiences at the Laburnum Hall had the opportunity tointeract with the participantsinreal time.PradeepJeswanihosted an exciting quiz for member audiences present at Chitnavis Centre.
 
The goal of the event was to provide a hands-on learning experience in management skills such as problemsolving, teamwork, timemanagement, decision-making, and conflictresolution. Each team had one hour to solve the clues, travel to specific locations, submitphotographicevidenceof their arrival, andreturn toChitnavisCentre, which served as both the starting and ending point. Uponreturning,participantsshared their experiences, reflecting on the challengesofworkingwith teammembers of varying skill sets and intellectual approaches. Each team had designatedroles,includingadriver,leader, andnavigator,whichhelped them execute their tasks efficiently. The winning team—comprising Chetan Shah, Mariyam Husain, Niket Agarwal, and Shobhit Chandak—was honored withmementos for their outstandingperformance.VarunAgarwal served as the Project Director for the event, while Pradeep Jeswani moderated the proceedings. VMA has announced another exciting event for next Sunday: an auction for the highly anticipated VMA Ran-Sangram 3.0 cricket tournament.
