Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav chaired a Collectors-Commissioners’ conference in the city on Friday. He directed the officials over several issues ranging from AQI level to Revenue Maha Abhiyan 3.0. He also reviewed law and order situation in the State. He also said that ‘Hum Honge Kamyaab’ campaign will run from November 25 to December 10 and will include awareness activities to stop gender based violence. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain and Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena along with other officials were also present during the meeting. ‘Hum Honge Kamyaab’ Abhiyan will run from November 25 to December 10. There will be awareness activities to stop gender based violence in this.
 
The campaign is based on men and the responsibility of men has been set to give a sense of security to mothers and sisters. Men can play an important role in stopping violence against women by bringing positive changes in their behaviour. Cases affecting the dignity of women should also be controlled by using panic buttons in vehicles. While addressing, CM Yadav said that in the districts, the Collector and SP will themselves be responsible for development and law and order works. “Take strict action to stop the activities against the rules, do not wait for instructions from the higher level for this,” he said. He further asked the officials to ensure the correct distribution of crops as per the procurement and availability of fertilisers.
 
They should be seen in the field themselves to see the arrangements. He said that there should be control on the distribution of fake seeds, strict action should be taken against the culprits. “Burning of stubble/stubble damages the environment, make farmers aware. Good work has been done in some districts, adopt it. The entire team has worked together in Seoni district,” the Chief Minister emphasised. He further mentioned that the time of examinations is near, there should be control on loud sound amplifying devices while asking the officials to complete targets under Revenue Maha Abhiyan 3.0. “Arrangement of warm clothes should be made in night shelters in view of winter, health check-up of the residents should also be done.
 

He also directed the officials to work at the ground level regarding Dharti Aaba Janjati Gram Utkrisht Abhiyan and the campaign should be made successful,” he said. The Chief Minister emphasised, “Prevention of drug abuse is necessary. The Superintendent of Police should instruct the police force and himself keep an eye on the drug bringers i.e. the supply chain. Special attention should be given to the border districts. Strict action should be taken against the culprits. Use of intoxicating syrups should also be stopped. Priority should be given to resolving public problems through digital means and resolving pending complaints in CM Helpline within the time limit.” He also asked the collectors to ensure the work of under ‘Swa Nidhi Bhi Swabhiman Bhi’ fortnight.
