DURG,
THE two-day boot camp on innovation, design, and entrepreneurship hosted at Chhatrapati Shivaji Institute of Technology (CSIT), Durg, concluded. Organised under the aegis of AICTE New Delhi, the
programme aimed to foster creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovative thinking among educators and principals.
Around 200 participants from across Chhattisgarh benefited from this initiative.
Eminent Speakers, including Professor Anand Shivraj from AICTE Chennai and Vishal Nair, Master Trainer from Wadhwani Group, delivered insightful presentations and shared their expertise on various topics. Commending on the event, CSIT Chairman Ajay Prakash Verma lauded the Government of India and the State Government for their efforts in promoting advanced training programs. He expressed optimism that such initiatives would provide a new direction to future generations.
The closing ceremony was graced by Asim Kalta, Nodal Officer, AICTE New Delhi; Hemat Patel, Assistant Director, Samagra Shiksha, Chhattisgarh Government; Ashish Gautam, APC, Samagra Shiksha; and Surendra Pandey, District Mission Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha.
Participants praised the CSIT management for their meticulous arrangements and the overall success of the event. During the closing ceremony, the guests were welcomed by Dr. Santosh Sharma, Principal, CSIT; Professor Sanjay Singh, Dean of Training and Placement; Rajesh Verma, Registrar; Professor H R Chandrakar; and Rajiv Nair,
Dean of Corporate Affairs and Students’ Counsellor.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Rajiv Nair. The stage proceedings were conducted by Lavina Jagne and Surabhi Sahu. Adding a celebratory touch, a musical night was organised, and both AICTE and state government officials congratulated CSIT for the event's resounding success.
