JUDOKAS of Vidya Bharti have been selected for the All India Judo Competition (SGFI) which is going to be held at Agartala in Tripura from Thursday. During the Vidya Bharti Akhil Bhartiya Shikshan Sanstha organised competition at Vrundavan in Uttar Pradesh, Bhakti Ravindra Durbude, Ruchita Ravindra Shende, Gnyaneshwari Deepak Meshram and Mehek Bahule won a gold medal each in the Under-17 age category. This excellent performance helped them secure berth in the State team for the nationals.

 

The four judokas will be accompained by coach Nalini Raut and manager Anushree Pofali. Shailesh Joshi, President of Vidya Bharti Vidarbha and Devgari region, regional sports organiser Jitendra Ghordadekar and Vinod Kosurkar of Bharat Vidyalaya, Hnganghat wished all the players luck for the competition. All players received track-suits from the organisation.
