Writer and Director Shiraz Henry, who grew up in the steel city and has established himself in the film city Mumbai for the last 4 decades, is releasing his new film SANE on the OTT platform MVF Player on December 13. Presented by Content Kings, the film premiered on December 8 at the Impa Theater in Mumbai. Where it received immense praise among selected and distinguished audiences. Actor Vikram, who has acted in many major films including the superhit film ‘Julie’ of the past, was especially present at this premiere. Vikram praised the work of writer-director Shiraz Henry and hoped that the audience would like Shiraz’s film on the OTT platform. Shiraz Henry said that his film SANE is a psychological thriller that deeply examines the tenderness of the human mind, trust and blurred boundary between reality and illusion.

 

The story is woven around heroine Ana who is facing fears and truth. The film has brilliant performances by actors like Pooja Joseph, Avinash Bhargav, Sandeep Malani, Dr Shitij Shah, K Venkat Ramesh, Sujeet, and Hitesh. The writer, director and editor of the film is Shiraz Henry, while the sound mixing work has been done by Prabhat Singh. The background music of the film has also been composed by Shiraz Henry. Talented singer of Nagaland N K Naga has spread the magic of his voice in a song ‘Wada Hai Mere Humsafar’. The film is produced by Rebecca Changkija Sema and is shot on Panasonic 6K camera, which makes it a unique visual experience. This story is a testament to the creativity of Shiraz Henry, who has previously given acclaimed films like ‘Tonhi’, ‘Beyond the Third Kind’, ‘Little Boy’, ‘Mechanic Dada’, and ‘Filmi Raasleela’. Shiraz said that the English version of his film will be released on more than 30 major OTT platforms around the world in 2025.
