Under the guidance of Balaghat Collector and District Cooperative Bank, Balaghat Administrator Mrinal Meena, a meeting to take stock of working of Branch Managers, Supervisors was held. Cooperative Bank, Balagaht RC Patle chaired the meeting. During review of Rabi Loan Distribution of year 2024-25 it was found that Cooperative Society under Birsa is committing negligece in loan distribution for rabi crops hence CEO Patle directed for withholding two salary increment of Supervisor and directed for completing the target by Dec 31. This meeting was attended by Manager, Accounts P Joshi, Field Officer Rajesh Nagpure, Srijal Shakya, Superintendent Anmama Harpal, Sudhir Telkar, Saarang Bisen, Amresh Parihar. CEO Patle directed that the weight of paddy during procurement should be done as per the guidelines and if any mistakes are found then action would be taken.

 

He asked for laying stress on Ready To Transport stock and in view of change in weather condition, all arrangements should be done. Branch Manager, Saadra informed that during paddy procurement at Paldongri Camp, surveyor is unnecessary creating problems. Then CEO Patle informed District Manager, Civil Supply Corporation, Balaghat about it and then immediately Surveyor was removed from his post. Then instruction were issued for achieving the annual target for opening the accounts. Action plan for recovery of short term loans under 2024-25, recovery from big defaulters, generating handling chalan in godown level centers, activating the dormant accounts, closing the inactive non operative accounts making inoperative accounts operative, inspection of Branch and committee, achieving annual target of Atal Pension Yojna, distribution of fertilisers and others. This meeting was also attended by Branch Manager Ashish Mishra, Prakash Sahu, RN Bhagat, Sunil Rahangdale, Moreshwar Phunde and others.
