Regional Employees Provident Fund Office (RPFO), Jabalpur organised ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ and ‘Suvidha Samagam’ camps across 16 districts, on Friday. Alongside the regional office, a camp was also organised at the auditorium of St Aloysius College, Jabalpur, where 21 grievances were resolved. Rakesh Sahrawat, Regional Commissioner-I, informed that during these camps, grievances were resolved and PPOs were distributed under the ‘Prayas’ initiative. He further added that a total of 129 grievances were addressed during the December 27 camp. To ensure the camps’ success, a nodal team was formed to co-ordinate with all teams, provide field guidance, and supply necessary information for grievance resolution. Several complaints were related to employers not providing provident fund benefits to employees from their date of appointment.

This issue was taken seriously, and authorised officers were instructed to issue immediate show-cause notices to the concerned establishments. Other complaints included cases where members reported that their UAN profile correction requests, submitted online via joint applications approved by employers, were rejected by the office. Upon investigation, it was found that employers failed to upload the required documents as per SOP guidelines. Despite repeated reminders through various channels, employers were found to have overlooked these requirements. Rakesh Sahrawat appealed to provident fund members, pensioners and employers to utilise nearby camps to address their concerns instead of visiting the Jabalpur office. He assured all complainants that every effort would be made by the Provident Fund Office to resolve their grievances. The camp at the Regional Office, Jabalpur was successfully organised with the efforts of Ashish Kumar, Regional Commissioner-II and Dhirendra Naidu, Assistant Director (Recovery), Bhupendra Kori, Welfare Security Assistant and Abhilash Kol.
