MP Faggan Singh Kulaste said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has declared December 26 as ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ in memory of Veer Zorawar Singh and Veer Fateh Singh, two younger sons of tenth Sikh Guru Shri Guru Govind Singh Ji. He said that national inspiration of Guru Govind Singh is our glorious tradition. This inspiration has been the source of inspiration for Sikh tradition in India.
He said that Veer Bal Diwas should be taken to people by reminding national sacrifice. MP Kulaste was addressing Veer Bal Diwas programme organised at Saraswati Higher Secondary School, Mandla.
On the occasion, District President BJP, Bhishma Dwivedi, Municipal Council Mandal President, Vinod Kachwaha, District Panchayat Member, Sandeep Singh, Co-convener of the State NGO Cell of Bharatiya Janata Party and Treasurer of School Committee, Prafull Mishra, former
Acharya, senior BJP leader, Vinay Mishra, City Mandal President, Shiva Ranu Rajput, Devi Singh and State Minister of Mahila Morcha, Shashi Patel were present.
MP Faggan Singh Kulaste inaugurated the Veer Bal Diwas program by worshipping goddess Saraswati. During this, Saraswati Vandana was sung.
On this occasion, MP, Faggan Singh Kulaste was welcomed with garlands on his arrival. MP, Faggan Singh Kulaste said that the country will always remember the supreme dedication of the brave boys Veer Zorawar Singh and Veer Fateh Singh who fought for independence from the Mughals.
They have inspired us that we should not step back even to sacrifice our lives for the country.
The contribution of Veer Zorawar Singh and Veer Fateh Singh is indelible for the protection of the nation and religion. We pay our humble tribute to them by remembering their martyrdom.
He said that we expect from all the children that just like Veer Jorawar Singh and Veer Fateh Singh have set an example of dedication for nation building, we all should have the same sense of dedication for nation building. Only then our country will reach its ultimate glory and a great India will be built.
