Collector Deepak Saxena and Superintendent of Police, Aditya Pratap Singh along with concerned officers reviewed the preparations for forthcoming Moharram festival, on Wednesday. Senior officers conducted inspection of important areas where the day will be celebrated and reviewed the preparations at Karbala in Ranital and Madan Mahal Dargah. Concerned officers were instructed for completing the necessary preparations for avoiding any kind of inconvenience for devotees.

 

Officers interacted with Muharak Ali Kadri and discussed several preparations for the festival. Thereafter, officers visited Madar Challa area and inspected the route of Sawari and Tajiya procession on Moharram. During the visit, Jabalpur Municipal Corporation, Commissioner, Preeti Yadav, Additional Collector, Misha Singh, Additional SP, Summer Verma, Pradeep Shende, Sonakshi Saxena and other concerned officers were present.
