A bus conductor in the city was manhandled by some anti-social elements on Wednesday. As per the information obtained from the CCTV footage inside the bus, two goons came in the bus and stormed inside the bus conductor beating him due to which blood started oozing out from his nose. The incident took place at Suraj Nagar intersection. “The accused were travelling on a two-wheeler through which stopped the public vehicle and used abusive languages in front of the passengers sitting in the bus including females.”

 

The information further said. It is noteworthy that the bus is operated by Incubator Softtech, a company authorised by Bhopal City Link Limited (BCLL). As stated, this act was a cause of major tension for the commuters and made them panic about their safety. Over the incident, the driver of the bus, Krishna Pal Singh said that the individual was sitting at the reserved seat (for females) in the bus. He was asked to sit other than the reserved seats. Angered over the same, he manhandled the conductor at 7 in the evening. Significantly, this is the third incident in the recent times where the driver or conductor of BCLL has been manhandled by goons.
