Taking another step in favour of parents and guardians, Jabalpur district administration has decided to organise School Uniform Fair in Garments Cluster in Jabalpur between July 27 and 31, 2024. Parents will get the opportunity to purchase uniforms, shoes, school bags etc. in reasonable price in the fair. To ensure transparency, samples of all school uniforms, shoes, school bags etc. will be displayed in the hall located at Garments Cluster for traders and SHGs engaged in school uniform business on July 15 and 16, 2024.

 

The possible requirement for uniforms will also be displayed. The district administration asked all the school managements to immediately provide the sample of school uniform at the District Education Officer, Jabalpur. Along with the sample, information about estimated requirement of class-wise uniform is also expected to be submitted by the managements. The school managements are asked not to force any student who does not have uniform to attend the school in uniform till the fair is organised. Because if the students are forced by the managements to attend the school in uniform, then the parents will be compelled to pay arbitrary prices for uniform. Will be forced to buy uniform.
