Collector Deepak Saxena chaired a review meeting for the preparations of Regional Industry Conclave and directed the officers of concerned departments for completing the preparations at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cultural and Information Centre. He also interacted with the invited industrialists for ensuring their preparations for avoiding any kind of inconvenience during the conclave. He gave necessary directions to the officers regarding inaugural session, different sectoral sessions, one-to-one meetings, exhibition, buyer seller meet, cultural programme, media coverage, welcome rituals and meals.

 

During the meeting, Superintendent of Police, Aditya Pratap Singh along with district officers of different departments were present. The meeting was followed by inspection of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cultural and Information Centre. Collector Saxens said that all the officers should shoulder their responsibilities for success of the programme to be organised in presence of Chief Minister, Dr Mohan Yadav and any kind of irregularity will not be tolerated. Collector directed the officers of MP Industrial Development Corporation for ensuring branding and publicity of the event. The list of investors and their boarding arrangements and their liasoning during the conclave should be ensured.
