Correspondent Two young women lost their lives after a speeding BMW car hit a Scooty near Mahalaxmi Maidan in Indore on Sunday. According to eye-witnesses, a recklessly driven car was coming from wrong side and collided with the two-wheeler. After the accident, the car driver fled the spot. The deceased have been identified as Diksha, daughter of Ashok, and Lakshmi a resident of Shivpuri, daughter of Nathu Singh. The accident took place while they were returning from a fair. Police have registered a case and seized the car of the accused. Search for the accused is going on based on the car’s number. Injured were rushed to the hospital but both succumbed during treatment. According to the information, the case is from Khajrana police station area of Indore. The accident took place when the girls were returning from a fair and a BMW car coming from behind hit their vehicle. The collision was so intense that even the car was badly damaged. Due to the collision, both the girls were thrown off in the air and fell on other side of the road. The locals immediately rushed the duo to the hospital where they died during treatment.
Car Registration from Chhattisgarh: Locals informed the police about the accident, after which police reached the spot and investigated the incident. During the investigation, police seized the luxury car and it is learnt that its registration is from Chhattisgarh.
