The heinous incident where a three-year-old girl was raped by her school teacher instilled fear in parents’ minds about safety of their young ones within the school premises. Shockingly, the city witnessed another case where a 16-year-old boy fell victim to unnatural sexual act by his school teacher. According to the information, the heart wrenching incident took place last year. The student claimed that the teacher had pressurised him into the act after failing him in class 10 exam this year. Agitated over his teacher’s act, the minor approached the school management and disclosed the incident. Acting on the complaint, the school management informed the cops about the issue. Katara Hills police registered a case a against the accused teacher by invoking sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) based on the information given by the victim. Police have arrested the accused and the school management have expelled him from the school.

 

Details in the case claim that the minor was weak in the accused teacher’s subject. Owing to his weakness in the subject, the accused used to threaten the minor to fail him in the subject and pressurised him for unnatural sex. The teacher indulged in the act thrice with the minor. This year too, when he got enrolled in class 10, the teacher gave him threats to fail in his subject and started pressurising him to meet him for sexual act. But this time he complained the matter to the school management. School authorities then filed a complaint and cops arrested the accused and put him behind the bars.
