one of the busiest railway stations, is currently facing severe cleanliness issues. The surroundings of the station are plagued with heaps of garbage, making it difficult for passengers to navigate without facing unpleasant sights and smells. The situation worsens as people irresponsibly throw food items, wrappers, and other waste, creating an unbearable stench. Not only does this affect the general public, but even women are seen covering their noses with saree while walking through these areas to avoid the foul smell.
The garbage heaps are particularly concentrated in front of the new station building, a prime area through which most passengers pass. This section of the station is also frequented by family members who accompany passengers, and they too have to endure the inconvenience of the garbage and foul odour.
