A customers meet and loan distribution camp were organised by Bank of India, Bhopal Zone during the recent visit of Bank of India CGM S B Rai in the city. All the invited customers were welcomed by CGM S B Rai, GM Pramod Kumar Dwivedi, Zonal Manager Guruprasad Gond and by all the officials of FGMO and Zonal Office, Bhopal. A large number of customers attended the event and expressed their views and gave suggestions for the growth of bank’s business.

 

On this occasion, Guruprasad Gond distributed FDRs of Rs 5 crore to the invited customers and the zone opened 343 savings and current accounts. Sangeeta Gupta, Deputy Zonal Manager, Bhopal Zone, Jaykant Mishra, Resource Department, and R D Bakle -Marketing Department, all gave detailed information to the customers. In the loan camp, sanction letters worth Rs 120 crore were distributed to the customers / beneficiaries / self-help groups. In another meeting with NPA borrowers, Rs 11.23 crore NPA loans were recovered under One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme. Zonal Manager Guruprasad Gond expressed the commitment towards excellent customer service and thanked all the invited customers and beneficiaries and appealed to each of them to add at least two new customers to Bank of India.
