Progress should be prized, 
No matter how small. 
Success lies in your rise, 
Not in your fall. 
People may criticize and laugh, 
Even utter a bitter word. 
Do good, bide your time, 
Cut their ego into half, 
Let the victories be your sword. 
Victories make you stand tall, 
Flatterers rush when you call. 
They indeed will, 
Only till you’re tall. 
But, how late I realised! 
No one cared when I did fall.
And yet, it wasn’t late, 
To realise that He was there
No matter how bad you fall, 
With you, stays The One and all.
He was always there as you walked 
In every battle, you may have fought, 
No matter the trials and tribulations
Have faith in the power of God.
