The MIDC Industries Association (MIA), in collaboration with the Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA) Vidarbha, conducted an awareness programme on Income Tax & GST on Monday. The programme aimed to equip businesses with essential compliance strategies as they approach the financial year-end, ensuring smooth tax planning, regulatory adherence, and financial discipline.

 

The event commenced with a welcome address by Arun Lanjewar, Secretary of MIA, who introduced the expert speakers - CA Yash Verma (Income Tax Expert); and CA Preetam Batra (GST Expert). On the occasion, P Mohan, President of MIA, and CA Julfesh Shah, Chairman of COSIA, stressed the need for businesses to proactively manage tax compliance. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where attendees raised queries related to tax compliance and received expert guidance.
