Resource Person, Dr Urvashi Yashroy, Campus Head of Tuli College of Hotel Management, Nagpur will stress on how Emotional Intelligence helps HR professionals to understand and connect with many employees within the workplace. HR leaders with higher emotional intelligence tend to create an empathetic work environment to increase employee trust and collaboration.
