Speaking at the Vidarbha Management Association’s weekly session at Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines on Sunday, Dr Vivek Nanoti, Director of LTJSS, said that growth of employees directly contributes to the growth of the organisation. Dr Nanoti highlighted that mentoring employees, motivating them to perform, and showing them their growth prospects ultimately benefit the organisation. Dr Nanoti shared multiple real-life examples and stressed the importance of communication skills in creating a positive workplace environment.

 

“Achieving manifold business growth requires focusing on various aspects, such as employee development, happiness index, interpersonal relationships, reducing office politics, goal setting, employee retention, and overall company growth in terms of size and profitability,” he observed. Dr Nanoti further suggested simple effective strategies, including recognising great work, celebrating results, encouraging teamwork, transforming managers into coaches, and promoting health and wellness. He stressed that if a leader shares a compelling vision with employees, it instills confidence and motivates them.
