THE final day of Technovate 6.0 organised by IIIT Naya Raipur was spectacular with a perfect blend of intellect, athleticism and entertainment. From high-stakes competitions to a show-stopping musical performance, the campus was abuzz with excitement. The Comic Expo of Technovate 6.0 featured an exciting Cosplay event drawing fans in creative costumes of iconic characters. Participants brought fictional worlds to life with impressive details and energy. The event added color and enthusiasm, becoming a major crowd-puller of the fest. Technovate 6.0 also showcased Fiducia, a vibrant fashion show celebrating creativity and style. Participants were impressed with innovative designs and confident performances, making it a fest highlight.

 

At the Network Lab, coding enthusiasts put their programming skills to the test in the three-hour Coding Speedrun event. With the clock ticking, participants raced against time to solve complex problems, debugging and executing flawless code at lightning speed. The event highlighted the growing prowess of young coders, leaving the judges impressed with their efficiency and problem-solving capabilities. Sporting spirit also soared high at event with thrilling matches across various venues.

 

The cricket match near BALCO featured powerful sixes and sharp bowling spells, while the fast-paced badminton finals between ITM and NIT at the Sports Complex kept spectators engaged. In Basketball, the girls’ match saw NIT face off against BIT, while the boys’ final featured Durga College against NIT, both delivering intense performances. Table Tennis players impressed with quick reflexes at the Gym, and the football finals between Kalinga University and HNLU witnessed electrifying action, keeping the crowd on edge till the last whistle. The much-awaited Seedhe Maut concert at Technovate 6.0 is set to light up the city with over 3000 attendees expected. Held outside the IIIT Naya Raipur campus, the venue shift reflects the Technovate team’s effort to transform the fest into a city-wide event. The rap duo promises an electrifying performance, making it a major highlight of the celebration.
