Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai released the inaugural edition of Seva Shikhar, the official magazine of the Chhattisgarh Administrative Services Association (CASA), during a courtesy meeting with the association’s delegation at the Chief Minister’s Residence Office. The delegation included CASA President Ajay Tripathi, Vice-President Umashankar Bande, Treasurer Naveen Bhagat, Editor of the magazine Dr Abhinav Mishra, and members Apoorv Priyesh Toppo, Nand Kumar Chaubey, Archana Pandey, Divya Vaishnav, Brijesh Kshatriya, Dr Subhash Raj, Dr Dhananjay Kumar Netam, and Ghanshyam Kanwar. Congratulating the association on the publication, Chief Minister Sai expressed confidence that Seva Shikhar would serve as a constructive platform for officers to share experiences, insights, and best practices, thereby enriching the administrative landscape of the State.
 
He remarked that the magazine would foster a spirit of dialogue and collaboration among officers and contribute to building a more responsive and people-centric governance structure. Highlighting the vital role played by the officers of the State Administrative Service, the Chief Minister said that the successful implementation of government schemes and programmes at the grassroots level depends on their dedication, efficiency, and sensitivity. He added that it is through their tireless efforts that the policies of the government reach the intended beneficiaries, thereby strengthening the bridge between the administration and the people. The Chief Minister called upon the officers to continue discharging their duties with integrity and a deep sense of responsibility. He emphasised that transparency, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset are the cornerstones of good governance, and urged the officers to ensure that the benefits of government initiatives reach the last mile.
