Anand Rai-Abhishek Thakur defeated Jaidev Menon-Mihir Shah, Bhawanisingh Raje Bhonsle and Kiran Rathod got the better of Saurabh Rai-Abhinav Thakur pair 203-87 and Adit Chhajed-Saurabh Gupta thrashed Vikrant Gulati-Yogesh Padole 159-29 while Ujwal Kothari-Raju Kamwani handed an innings defeat to Rahul Sharma-Gautam Kale (240-61). Rai-Thakur won with a massive score of 261 against 47. Menon-Shah scored 47 in the first frame and Rai-Thakur surpassed the target in second frame and posted a target of 161. In the third frame Menon-Shah needed to score the difference of 114 points and then had to take the lead and set a target. However, Rai potted 9 red balls in a single break and finished the match handing innings defeat to the opponents with the score reading 261 against 47.
