PARTH Rekhade and Gaurav Dhoble bowled Indian Gymkhana to a 10-wicket victory over Qidwai CC on second day of their three-day MN Dorairajan Trophy match at VCA’s Kalamna Ground on Saturday. Rekhade and Dhoble returned with match figures of 7-135 and 9-115, respectively as Qidwai CC were bowled out twice after being forced to follow-on. Rekhade had earlier contributed 67 runs with the bat. Indian Gymkhana openers knocked off the required runs to ensure a 10-wicket win. All India Reporter also won by 10 wickets over Advocate XI at the Central Railway Ground. After taking a 118-run first innings lead, AIR dismissed Advocate XI for 148 in their second innings with Mayank Jasore claiming 6-23. AIR openers did the rest without being separated. At the SB City College ground, the Ministerial Services Sports Club held the upper hand against VMV CC. In reply to VMV Cricket Club’s first innings score of 258 all out in 75 overs, Ministerial Services Sports Club made 318 in their first innings. Shivam Deshmukh and Sahil Sheikh scored half centuries while Vedant Jajoo and Aman Mokhade missed the mark. VMV lost three wickets in the their second essay for 81.
