A grand religious event was organised on the occasion of Janmotsav of Shri Hanuman ji at famous Shri Chamatkari Hanuman Mandir (Hanuman Lok) of Saunsar Jam Sawali, in which a wonderful confluence of faith, devotion and enthusiasm was witnessed.

 

The temple premises echoed with chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and the atmosphere became devotional. In the morning, a special Rudrabhishek of Lord Hanuman was performed in the temple by priests of Varanasi, in which MLA Parinay Phuke, former Minister Nana Bhau Mohod, patron of the institute Dadarao Bobde, President Gopal Sharma, Ravi Agarwal and Shrikant Aglawe along with their wives were present as the main hosts.

 

In this holy ritual, Lord Hanuman Abhishek with milk, curd, ghee, honey and 56 offerings and he was praised with chanting of mantras. After this, Mahaarati was organised in which a large number of devotees had participated. During the aarti, the temple premises reverberated with melodious sounds of devotional music and bhajans, making the atmosphere even more sacred.

 

On the special request of the Sansthan, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari along with his family attended special pooja of Hanuman Janmotsav. His presence made the event even more special. He was welcomed and felicitated by Chairman of the Sansthan Sharma and the trustees and he offered prayers to Lord Hanuman. Devotees came from far and wide to participate in this grand event.

 

They had darshan of Lord Hanuman and received his blessings. A bhandara was also organised in the temple premises, in which all the devotees took prasad. On the occasion, President of the temple institute Gopal Sharma and trustees expressed their gratitude to all the devotees and visitors and wished that the blessings of Shri Hanuman ji remain on everyone. He said that the temple organisation will continue to organise such religious events in future as well.
