(TRO) Department defeated Commercial Department via Super Over to clinch the DRM Cup T20 Cricket Tournament organised by Divisional Sports Association Central Railway at its Ajni ground. In the exciting final, which went to the wire, TRO held their nerves to clinch the title. Both the teams scored identical 139 runs in allotted 20 overs. Commercials’ Shashank Manwatkar scored 54 runs, Anshul Jain 23 and Pravin Sinha 17 runs. Vinit Singh of TRO took four wickets.

 

TRO’s Nasir Afghani scored 54 runs and Nitin scored 27 runs, Vikash Bhardwaj took two wickets. In Super Over, TRO scored nine runs and Commercial could manage only seven losing the match by two runs. Vinit Singh was adjudged the man of the match. Manwatkar (Commercial) was declared best batsman of the tournament while Vinit Singh (TRO) won best
