Defending champions Ramshakti Yodhas beat Ajinkya XI by seven wickets to emerge champions of the National Cricket War All India Box Cricket Tournament at Rani Kothi in Civil Lines. In an all-Nashik final, Ajinkya XI posted 78-7 in 8 overs. Avinash Kakad scored the highest 33 runs from 24 balls hitting five sixes. Yogesh Bhojane contributed 25. For Ramshakti Yodhas, Ganesh Karose picked two wickets while Yash Lonkar, Atharva Kashikar and Aditya got one wicket each. In reply, Ramshakti Yodhas achieved the target in 7.4 overs. For the winners, skipper Aditya and Rushikesh Kulthe contributed 19 runs each. Vicky Waghmare made 16 runs, while Ganesh Kasore added 13 runs. For Ajinkya XI, Tajes Gaikwad and Yash Bhate took one wicket each.
 
Aditya was declared player of the match while Avinash Kakad was named as the best batter and Ganesh Karose got best bowler award. In the match played for third place, Pioneers defeated NCW Stars Nagpur by eight wickets. The champions were awarded with a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 5,00,000. The runners-up got a trophy and cash prize of Rs 2,00,000 while the third place team got Rs 80,000. Loveen Sawlani, Rinku Sawlani, Jitu Sawlani, Ritesh Sawlani, Mihir Modi, Sneha Tasgaonkar and other members of the organising committee were present during the prize distribution ceremony.
