Jamashp Bapuna-Akshay Khetarpal, Jatin Kale-Parth Majumdar and Saurabh Rai-Abhinav Thakur had an easy day as they recorded victories over their respective rivals in the ongoing Central Provinces Club’s Late Advocate MB Naidu Snicket Tournament. Bapuna and Khetarpal registered twin wins in the day as they first defeated Sahil Kamwani 233-62 and then got the better of Ashish Agrawal-Pritesh Tank pair 193-46. Kale-Majumdar duo recorded a crushing win over Kiran Rathod-Bhawanisingh Raje Bhonsle pair. The one-sided scoreboard read 201-60. Scoring first, Kale-Majumdar recorded a century score scoring 101 while making use of the first frame. In reply (second frame), Rathod-Bhonsle could muster 42 points and were forced to follow-on.
 
Following-on, Rathod-Bhonsle duo once again failed to improve their potting skills and could manage only 18. In another match, Bindesh Paul-Dushyant Mhaisalkar pair lost to Saurabh Rai-Abhinav Thakur 102-33. Rai-Thakur scored 44 against which Paul-Mhaisalkar nudged ahead with a score of 65. In the third frame, Rai-Thakur scored 89 but Paul-Mhaisalkar could not repeat their second innings’ performance as they managed only 37 to lose the match. In other matches, Lavesh Bajaj-Siddharth Narang defeated Nikhil Surjan-Kale 302-129 and Suraj Dewani-Kunal Shukul beat Deepak Maheshwari-JK Maniyar 246-142.
