“Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) is going to be an eternal part of India soon as the people of PoK are keen to merge with India after witnessing the development of Kashmir that has taken place after abrogation of Article 370,” said Banwarilal Purohit, former Governor of Punjab, here on Saturday. Purohit made this statement during the release of book ‘Rajyogi’ penned by renowned author and President of Padmagandha Pratishthan Shubhangi Bhadbhade on Narendra Modi’s life. The programme was conducted by Padmagandha Pratishthan at Shri Shaktipeeth in Ram Nagar. “After independence, no one imagined that Government of India Contd from page 1 could abrogate Article 370. But Narendra Modi made it possible and the progress of Kashmir is clearly visible today. Similarly, under Modiji’s leadership, the Government passed the Waqf Bill in both Houses recently,” said Purohit during the event.

 

While talking about the title of the book, Purohit s aid, “The title ‘Rajyogi’ is itself a description of the life of Modiji and soon, the title will be world famous.”He appreciated the writing of the author in the work and said that this book described the selfless service of Narendra Modi and also narrated small stories of his life. “Modiji got many gifts and awards from various countries and personalities world-wide. Instead of keeping the gifts with him, he puts it in the Government treasury. This is the perfect example of Rajyogi,” said Purohit.

 

 

The event commenced with lighting of lamp and Bharatmata Pujan. Renowned theatre personality Prabha Deoskar compered the event and welcomed the guests. Deoskar also read the message of Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath that he send to Bhadbhade for wishing her for the book. Author of the novel, Shubhangi Bhadbhade talked about the book and her experience. Bhadbhade also gifted the novel to Narendra Modi during his recent visit to Nagpur. Dr Kumar Shastri, renowned author presided over the event. Dr Shastri said that Narendra Modi was a real ‘yogi’ who was serving the people selflessly and dedicatedly. Shivaray Kulkarni, Spokesperson, BJP was the guest of honour. Kulkarni in his speech said, “In the first 25 years after independence, Congress ruled the country. In the next 25 years, people started raising voice against Congress’s policies and now, after 2014, the actual golden era of India began under the leadership of Modi.” Ashutosh Adoni, author and motivational speaker also shared the dias as guest. Bhagyeshri Karazgaonkar proposed a vote of thanks.
