Grace Toyota got the first rank in Sales Satisfaction Index among all Toyota showrooms in Western Zone Grace Toyota scored 928 in SSI which is the highest 
 
The Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study conducted by J D Power Asia Pacific provides a comprehensive analysis of the new-vehicle purchase experience from the customer perspective. The study measures the ability of dealerships to manage the sales process. Grace Toyota got the first rank in Sales Satisfaction Index among all Toyota showrooms in Western Zone.
 
Grace Toyota scored 928 in SSI which is the highest. On this occasion, Simant Arun, Regional Head Toyota Kirloskar Motors, visited Nagpur Grace Toyota showroom and congratulated the sales and support team of Grace Toyota. Simant praised everyone for their hard work and dedication. He also motivated them with his generous words.
 
It followed with the cutting of a cake by Regional Head TKM West Zone Simant Arun, Sales Head West Region TKM Tanmay Bhattacharya and CEO Grace Toyota Ankur Malhotra. The study examines seven factors that contribute to new-vehicle owners’ overall satisfaction with their sales experience (listed in order of importance): delivery process, delivery timing, salesperson, sales initiation, dealer facility, paperwork and deal. Satisfaction is calculated on a 1,000-point scale.
