IIM Raipur’s International Conference on Digital Economy from 6th

The Centre for Digital Economy, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur is organising 2nd International Conference on Digital Economy (ICDE) in association with India Chapter of the Association for Information systems. The three-day event will be organised from December 6 to December 8 at Hotel Sayaji, Raipur. ICDE aims to deliberate on pertinent issues and challenges related to digital economy and digitisation. ICDE will feature 5 Invited Talks, 4 workshops on Analytics and 4 Parallel paper presentation sessions across 12 tracks. A total of 67 papers will be presented under 12 tracks, namely, Smart Governance, Industry 4.0 and Enterprise Architecture, Social Impact of Digitalization, Machine Learning AI and Robotics, Marketing in Digital Economy, Blockchain and Data Privacy, Cashless and Digital Economy, Social Media and its Impact, Digital Payments, Fintech and Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy E-Education and E-Learning, Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and E-Commerce and M-Commerce. Along with the participation from research scholars across the country, conference receives support from academics, the industry and practitioners as well.
Prof. Sunil Mithas (University of South Florida), Dr Pallab Saha (The Open Group Foundation), Sanjay Mehta (Mirum India), Sameer Mathur (Accenture), Kiran Adlakha (Intuit), Santosh Rajput (Capgemini), Shiv Kumar (Mahindra and Mahindra), Prof. Priya Seetharaman (IIM Calcutta), Pratyush Praveen (IBM) and Ramanakumar Natarajan (IBM) will grace the conference. According to information, workshops will be conducted on the topics of Enterprise Architecture by Dr Pallab Saha, on Security and Privacy by Kiran Adlakha, Shaping through review by Prof. Sunil Mithas and Prof. Priya Seetharaman.
A workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Text Mining will be conducted by IBM. The conference will also feature key talks on Enterprise Architecture by Dr Saha, Analytics in Healthcare by Santosh Rajput, Analytics in industry by Shiv Kumar, Digital Marketing by Sanjay Mehta, and Governance by Sameer Mathur. The Conference would be Co-Chaired by Prof Bharat Bhasker (Director, IIM Raipur) and Prof Sumeet Gupta (Professor of IT & Systems, IIM Raipur). Prof. Sumeet Gupta and Prof Priya Seetharaman (IIM Calcutta and INAIS representative) are Chairs of the Programme Committee of ICDE 2019.
