RCOEM ranked 23rd among private engineering colleges across India

SHRI Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur has been ranked 23rd among the private engineering colleges in India. In the recently published, India Today-MDRA Best Colleges Ranking 2019 survey RCOEM has emerged as the only college from Vidarbha to feature in the top 50 colleges in India. India Today-MDRA Best Colleges Ranking Survey is an attempt to set the benchmark for tracking institutes that provide best education in India.
In all 14 courses/ degrees were ranked to find out the best degrees and programmes being offered in the country out of 50,000 educational institutes across India. The institutions were evaluated on a set of five parameters and perceptual score. The first two parameters namely intake quality and governance and academic excellence are those for which the institute is well-known for. The intake quality is very good and so is the governance. Over the years RCOEM has been known for setting new benchmarks in academic excellence. The third parameter, infrastructure and living experience, is about the facilities on the campus for both resident and non-resident students. The institute takes utmost care in providing the best of facilities to the students and is continuously striving to improve further.
The fourth parameter, personality and leadership development, is extremely important for shaping life of the students and here again RCOEM ensures that students get adequate exposure and experience in both academic and non-academic avenues through participation in various events. The fifth parameter, career progression and placement is a strong point of RCOEM. Every year the institute has been achieving good placements both in terms of number of students placed and median salary.
