A true devotee has a strong bond of devotion and love for God. The relationship between Sant Tukaram with Pandurang Vitthal of Panndharpur is the best example in Maharashtra which speaks in length about the relationship. The relationship also reminds the relationship between Lord Krishna and Sudama. Prajakt Deshmukh, writer and director of ‘Devbabhali’ has considered the relationship of Vitthal and his true devotee Sant Tukaram.
