ARVIND Kumar has assumed the charge of Director (Technical) of Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd (MECL), a Miniratna I CPSE under Ministry of Mines of Government of India; engaged in detailed exploration of various minerals pan-India. Prior to this, Kumar was the Executive Director of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Ltd (NLC India Ltd), a Navaratna PSE under Ministry of Coal.
