Aditya is city’s probable 1st topper in JEE Advanced

Aditya Kadoo, who became the city probable topper in JEE Advanced 2020 examination believes that coronavirus lockdown was blessing in disguise for him as he had enough time to prepare for the exam. Aditya bagged 112 All India Rank (AIR) in General category and AIR 8 in OBC category in the exam. He scored 100 marks in Physics, 95 in Mathematics and 88 in Chemistry.
 
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the examination results on Monday. The top 1.5 lakh candidates who cleared JEE Mains examination got chance to appear in the JEE Advance exam. Aditya, a student of Sevasadan Junior College of North Ambazari Road said, “One should be honest and hardworking. A positive mindset for students is needed to crack any examination.” When asked about the preparations and examination, Aditya said that he solved more mock exam papers and did more revision. The lockdown provided time to put extra efforts before exam.
 
Aditya scored 98.2 per cent in Class 10 and 92.6 per cent in Class 12. He scored AIR 237 in JEE Mains exam. Now, Aditya is planning to choose Computer Science stream and expecting to get IIT Delhi or Kanpur for his graduation. He shared the credit of his success with parents and teachers. His father Anil Kadoo is a retired Executive Engineer in Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and mother Manisha Kadoo is a home maker. He has two elder sisters.
