Over 1100 offers at RCOEM

 

 

1100+ offers have been rolled out by renowned companies for students of 2021 batch of RCOEM. The major recruiters are Goldman Sachs, VMware, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, L&T Infotech, Capgemini, TCS, Birlasoft, DXC Technologies, among many others. The highest package for 2021 batch being Rs 23 LPA. Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), Nagpur maintained its exceptional placement record despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Many placement results are still awaited.

 

During these challenging days and uncertain circumstances, there were a lot of variations in the placement process. The complete placement process for 2021 batch was conducted online this year, for the first time in the history of the Institute, to overcome the logistical restrictions due to the pandemic. Students and team training and placement worked rigorously for 2021 batch placements. Several guidance and doubt clearing sessions were conducted through the placement session 2021 to dispel confusion among the students.

 

The continuous and persistent efforts have paid off and the students are reaping the benefit of these efforts by way of getting placements in the companies of their dreams.
