ZP CEO Yadav shifted to Dhule

Maharashtra Government has transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers including Sanjay Yadav, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nagpur Zilla Parishad (ZP). He will be replaced by Yogesh Kumbhejkar. Yadav had taken over as CEO of Nagpur ZP on June 14, 2018. He was transferred to Nagpur after Dr Kadambari Balkawde, the then CEO of Nagpur ZP, was transferred to Gondia as District Collector. Before joining at Nagpur, Yadav served as Additional Tribal Commissioner at Thane.
 
Prior to that, he held various positions in his career including of Joint Metropolitan Commissioner, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA); Deputy Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA; deputation to Department of Personnel and Training, Central Government, for Executive Master of Public Administration Course, Syracuse University, USA; Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Konkan Division; Deputy Secretary to Chief Minister; Private Secretary to Chief Minister; Deputy CEO, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation; Additional District Magistrate and Resident Deputy Collector, Raigad; Sub-Divisional Officer and Magistrate, Bhivandi Sub-Division, Thane; Deputy Collector (Entertainment Duty), Mumbai City; District Resettlement Officer, Raigad; and Sales Tax Officer-1, Mumbai. Yadav has now been posted as District Collector of Dhule.
 
He will be replaced as Nagpur ZP CEO by Yogesh Kumbhejkar, an IAS officer of 2016 batch. Before being transferred to Nagpur ZP, Kumbhejkar was serving as Assistant Collector and Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Rajura in Chandrapur district. The other IAS officers transferred include Dr N B Gite and Gangatharan D. Dr Gite, Joint Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, has been posted as Managing Director, Mahanand, Mumbai. Gangatharan D, District Collector, Dhule, has been posted as Municipal Commissioner, Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation.
