Even as restrictions of lockdown continue, people hit roads during morning and evening hours to purchase necessary house items. Markets becomes abuzz with cacophony of people and it looks that city has jumped back to life.
 
In the meantime, post offices have started to operate in city. On Saturday, shops other than grocery and milk were also seen opened in various parts of city. However, apart from hours of relaxation in lockdown, rest of the day is witnessing strict implementation of lockdown. Cops continue to guard the market places and do vigilance by moving in jeeps on roads so that no one should try to venture out of home. Now, people are waiting for May 18 to see that whether lockdown will be lifted or will continue with further relaxation in conditions.
 
Now, people are almost fed up with the lockdown and are eagerly waiting to see that what decision local administration takes when third lock down period ends on Sunday. However, now the availability of vegetables is abundant and people are not stocking them at houses. The rates of vegetable remain normal as prices of maximum vegetables remain at Rs 20 per kg.
