Holding out against rains, floods, the scorching sun and even stones pelted by rioters are nothing new to them. But when a killer virus is on the prowl, one that can attack from anywhere without warning, that requires an entirely different mindset and courage. Each of those men and women in khaki on the streets are not only waging a war against the coronavirus, but within themselves too. The family members of police personnel are also worried
lot about the risk the police personnel are taking by staying out without adequate protection.

Thus a drive initiated by an NGO “Centre for Awareness in Rural and Urban Development (CARD)” took place where they not only distributed 5000 handmade khaki mask to police personnel but also distributed and 900 sanitizers to them.

CARD, Secretary, Alok Pande personally volunteer the drive across the city. The NGO also distributed the sanitizers and Face mask and tea to labour and pedestrian working in this pandemic situation.
