Why fatality is more in US than in India?

In a country like USA with population about 40 crore, around 1.6 lakh people died of coronavirus, about 49 lakh tested positive for the dreaded virus and 25 lakh recovered which is just above 50 per cent. India having a population of about 140 crore and registered around 20 lakh coronavirus positive cases, 41,627 deaths while more than 14 lakh recovered. The recovery rate is above 65%. If one have a look at the above statistics one would understand the dreaded virus has played havoc in invincible USA than what damage it did in India. Why such a difference?
 
Why damage is more in USA? Dr Sunil Joshi, noted Ayurved expert has the answer. Dr Joshi has been practicing Ayurved for the last more than 35 years. He is running Ayurved clinic in USA too. On March 22, 2020, the international flights stopped functioning and Dr Joshi got stuck in USA. He stayed at the end of May and returned afterwards to India. During that period Dr Joshi studied thoughroughly the reason of more fatality in USA. “The reason lies in the lifestyle of US citizens. Ayurved teaches how to live life and the public there behave exactly opposite to it. Whatever they drink, eat is all cold. Because of consuming cold items, the internal body system has to exert more. It damages the body a lot. Secondly they drink liquor in large quantity that contaminates liver which is a metabolic organ.
 
Digestive system works through liver. Damage to liver gives birth to several illnesses. Smoking, intake of alcohol, icy soda adds to their woes. 90% people in USA take this type of food,” explained Dr Joshi. “In US they eat meat, beef. There are spices, they don’t cook it, they eat raw. In our country we process it properly. They put sauces on whatever they eat. Everyday eating burger, coffee, deserts like cakes, pastry make the immune system weak. When we have fever it means our body starts fighting with the virus. This is processed through plasma. Plasma is the only tissue that has got nutrients like sodium, potassium, glucose, fructose, electrolytes which is the need of our body.
 
Corona attacks that plasma and then reaches liver where it gets multiplied,” elaborated Dr Joshi further. People don’t have time in day so they go to gym at late night. Dr Joshi opposes going to gym during night hours. According to Dr Joshi taking measures like wearing mask, using sanitizer, maintaining social distance is to be done, but if our inner system is not good then it is of no use. Ayush Kadha is helping digestive system. “My patients have started following Indian type of diet and it is giving results to them. Moderate exercise, proper diet, pranayam like Kapalbhati help to a great extent. Mucus gives way to entry of virus so we should take steam that cleans eyes, nose, throat and prevent the entry of virus. If internal system is good then virus would get burnt off,” advised Dr Joshi.
