Candidates eyeing to crack CGPSC examination observed black day on Sunday and cut black cakes demanding transparency and accountability in CGPSC. The candidates have submitted memorandums to the Governor and the Chief Minister in March highlighting alleged irregularities in CGPSC. They suggested 14 points in memorandum towards reform of the CGPSC. Later, the candidate met all the MLAs and MPs of the state seeking their support in the reformation of the CGPSC.
As part of their protest, candidates observed black day in Bilaspur on October 24. Even after this, if the Commission does not improve, then a massive demonstration will be held in Raipur and Bilaspur, the Commission office, Raj Bhavan and Chief Minister’s residence will be gheraoed.
