Weather remained dry in all parts of state on Sunday. Though minimum temperature in Rewa and Shahdol division dipped down by several notches, no major changes were witnessed in other parts of state. Minimum and maximum temperature in Bhopal was recorded as 14.1 degree Celsius and 28.0 degree Celsius. Minimum temperature was recorded as 9 degree Celsius in Datia and Gwalior. Jabalpur and Shahdol divisions witnessed temperature more than normal while Sagar, Chambal and Gwalior districts witnessed low temperature than normal. Khandwa and Hoshangabad districts witnessed temperature as 17 degree Celsius and 16 degree Celsius.
Weather department has forecast maximum and minimum temperature for Bhopal on Monday as 28 degree Celsius and 13 degree Celsius. Several parts of state will be witnessing minimum temperature below 10 degree Celsius while maximum temperature is expected around 25 to 28 degree Celsius. On Monday morning, hazy weather would there till 8 am. During day hours sky would remain clear and moisturised. Bhopal and Indore city would be witnessing night temperature around 14 degree Celsius and 15 degree Celsius. Officials said low pressure area is being formed around Bay of Bengal that would not be affecting weather of Madhya Pradesh but after a day, there are chances of cloudy weather. Weather Scientist PK Saha informed that there is no western disturbance at present due to which people are facing mild cold weather. Last western disturbance was witnessed on November 3 and after that temperature dipped down.
