Santoshi Dhotre Wadatkar, who has her roots in Vidarbh, has won ‘Face of the West’ title in Mrs India Pride of Nation-2021 pageant organised by Glamour Gurgaon, a Delhi (NCR) based fashion event organisation. Born and bought up in Amravati, Santoshi is now settled in Mumbai. Her parents reside in Nagpur and her in-laws are in Akola. Glamour Gurgaon is led by Barkha Nangia, Director, who is a plus-size model and a businesswoman in the world of beauty and fashion. Santoshi (31) is a doting mother of a two-year-old baby boy. She is Computer Engineer, who was part of the corporate world for five years. She pursued acting and has done 30 TVCs Nationally and Internationally. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and a sports enthusiast.

 

 

She loves inspiring and motivating people and follows her passion as social media influencer, stated a press release. Santoshi is also a sub-title winner for ‘Beautiful Eyes’ as part of the pageant. On winning the crown, Santoshi said, “Getting this crown is not the end but the beginning for me. I have finally achieved the dream that I have lived for last 30 years. I want to set an example for everyone who believes in their dreams to come true and strives hard for it each day. Getting married and having a baby is not an end to your dreams.

 

Instead, it’s a motivation to achieve what you always wanted.” She thanked all her family members for their support and said that she had won the title not only for her but also for her family, for country, and for every girl who dreamed big. She looks forward to inspiring and influencing millions of lives and be a role model for every mother, daughter and a wife.
