District Convention of Marxist Communist Party organised

 

 

The 13th District Convention of Marxist Communist Party was organised on Sunday. In the election organised at the convention, Pradeep Gabhne was elected District Secretary at Satyanarayan Dharmashala. All senior leaders of the party were present at the convention. At the start of the event, party members paid tribute to the farmers who died during Kisan Andolan in Delhi. Secretary Mandal member M K Nandi gave opening speech whereas Dharmaraj Mahapatra delivered closing speech. M K Nandi took pot-shot at the union government and said nation’s poor citizens, labourers, farmers are in danger. Only struggle is the way for progress of labourers and farmers. Dharmaraj Mahapatra said on Marxist party can fight against the new-liberal policies of Union Government.

 

Hence, it is important to strengthen the party. Secretary Pradeep Gabhne informed about party’s activities as well as income/expenditure report. The 15-member district committee formed by comprising Pradeep Gabhne, Rajesh Awasthi, SC Bhattacharya, Ajay Kannauje, Maroti Dongre, Nimai Gayan, Lakhan Verma, Dinger Yadav, Vibhash Paitundi, Atul Deshmukh, Sheetal Patel, Chandrashekhar Thakur and Roopdhar Dhruw was specially invited member. Three vacant posts were reserved for the women.
