Shivam Rewatkar, Head, Student Committee, Katol, Nagpur (Rural), recently met Ankita Harshvardhan Patil, Member, Zilla Parishad, Pune, and Vice-President, S B Patil Institute, Pune, recently and submitted his work-report to her. Rewatkar presented a report of work he did for students and discussed the effect of online teaching on students at village level. He pointed out various problems faced by students residing in rural areas of Maharashtra, including lack of availability of resources to learn online, network connectivity, virtual guidance issue, health issues, etc.

 

Ankita Patil suggested him to expand student committee work at village level, conduct seminars, increase educational activities at village level so that these problems got highlighted and a proper solution for this could be proposed. Rewatkar expressed his desire to work in Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Chetan Dhote, Bhushan Agarkar, and Aditya Jogi accompanied Rewatkar, stated a press release.
